"According to court documents, the suspects told police they needed a ride to donate plasma so they targeted Janet Wilson when she pulled into the Vivion Oak Apartments Sunday afternoon. Police said the next day the suspects drove the stolen Chevy Equinox to the Winfield Place Apartments on 11th Street where security cameras captured them dumping the victim's purse."
While embarrassing and sad the alleged con wasn't as horrible as reports from the scene indicating a violent attack on this old lady and suspects allegedly injuring her head to the point where grandma had to be rushed to the ICU in order to obtain neurological treatment.
