Freddie Mac: Mortgage rates shoot up once again

Mortgage rates broke the downward trend from the last three weeks with this week’s increase, the first since December 29th. However, despite the increase, hope of home-price deceleration is minimal as the housing market continues to struggle with its lowest inventory since 1999.
