"Please take a look at the attached. This is what Clay County spends tax dollars on. Why in the world are we wasting God knows what for a peel and reveal window envelope when you have to open the damned thing to get the tax bill out in the first place. I have yet to find a single person who even noticed it and didn’t just open their tax bill. I would love to know what these cost compared to thousands of regular envelopes and who authorized and paid for it. Maybe the official has a relationship with the printer?"
