Craig Glazer: April Macie At Stanfords For New Years!
It's April in January for Kansas City comedy fans. April Macie will be at Stanfords Comedy Club at the Legends this weekend for the New Years Eve holiday. Not only is she gorgeous, but she is killer funny. Yes Howard Stern named April the best looking female comic today. "She was Amy Schumer before Amy got huge." April is known for her no holds barred stories on life and sex.
April Macie first came to national notice when she became a finalist on Last Comic Standing several years back. Then she was a regular on Howard Stern and late night tv. April joined Dave Attell on his Showtime Comedy Underground series. Macie was the star of 'Bad Girls of Comedy' with Snoop Dog. Macie's Comedy Central special was considered one of the top ten ever.
In an interesting twist Playboy Morning Show had April on as a guest several times and she and host Jenny McCarthy became pals. This past two years April and Jenny have toured the nation doing theaters together. Today Jenny is producing a tv series starring April Macie. It's odd that in the comedy world being pretty is actually a negative, until now. Come see April Macie this weekend at Stanfords. April will be a special morning guest on Fox 4 TV this Saturday morning at 745 am.
