Nonbank mortgage lender and servicer Mr. Cooper (formerly Nationstar) announced on Wednesday it has plans to launch a new mobile app that utilizes artificial intelligence to reimagine the homeownership experience with tools to help homeowners optimize their personal balance sheets.
