MBA predicts multifamily loan originations will take a little tumble

The Mortgage Bankers Association predicts that multifamily loan originations will decrease 2% over the course of 2018. Though not as strong as 2017's record performance, 2018 lending seems to be set for healthy performance throughout the year.
