Police looking for man after witnesses say he was kidnapped Monday
The Kansas City Police Department is asking for help to find a 19-year-old man after witnesses say he was kidnapped Monday. The KCPD Sex Crimes unit is asking for assistance to find 19-year-old Cristian Escutia. Escutia was last seen at his home in northeast Kansas City Monday evening.
