Flames shoot from vehicle along Summit Street
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A FOX 4 viewer captured the above image of flames shooting from a vehicle near 27th and Summit streets Tuesday morning. The fire appears to have occurred around 7:15 a.m. Officials have not said what caused the vehicle to become engulfed in flames.
