(Cordish Company) doesn't pay property tax on Power and Light District, taxpayers have to come up with $10,000,000 - $15,000,000 every year to cover them, yet they give the $20,000 for the GO bond advertising campaign???"

It's Shook, I'm pretty sure they have a loophole. The Cordish fiasco . . . Illegal? Should be. Is it? Probably not.
