KU basketball erupts late, downs Michigan State, 90-70, for Sweet 16 berth

TULSA, Okla. - The Kansas basketball team is headed home, but not going home. The No. 1-seeded Jayhawks turned a close clash with No. 9 seed Michigan State into a blowout, playing some of their best basketball of the season in the game's final 10 minutes in a 90-70 triumph on Friday night at BOK Center.
