Dozens of shots fired into same KC home where boy died in 2015

Six people, including a 6-year-old girl, escaped unhurt after dozens of gunshots were fired into their Kansas City home early Tuesday. Kansas City police were called about 2 a.m. to the home at 67th Street and Walrond Avenue. Police said 23 shell casings were found in the front yard; 29 shell casings were found in the back.


Women inside metro home awoken by 52 bullets flying through house

Women sleeping inside a metro house received a frightening wake-up call Tuesday after 52 bullets ripped through the home. It happened about 3 a.m. at a home in the 6700 block of Walrond Avenue. Six women were inside the home when bullets began to fly.


Shots fired into home near 67th and Walrond

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City, Mo., police are investigating after someone fired shots into a home near 67th and Walrond around 2:30 a.m. Thankfully no one was hurt during the incident. Police have not said what led up to the shooting or whether anyone has been arrested.
