Here's what could be a nice story about people helping those under attack turned into misplace consumer values that endanger others who want to try and help save lives . . .
PUBLIC SAFETY NOTICE: HELP PEOPLE NOT PROPERTY!!!
Real talk . . . Police aren't even going to chase after anybody for phone theft and getting shot playing Batman for a mobile phone is a bad move. As always, be skeptical about every online story no matter the source . . . But if the deets of this tale stand up, the lady put about three lives at risk given that suspects could have had guns.
Take a look:
Look for the HELPERS... during scary times, always look for the Helpers! That is how Sarah ######### and I have decided to handle this situation.
Yesterday afternoon in the Target parking lot at 85th and Ward Parkway in Kansas City, Sarah was grabbed by 3 guys as she was getting into her car. One tried aggressively and forcefully to push her over into her passenger side of her car as the others tried getting into her back seat. In KC this past week, there have been 2 girls carjacked, kidnapped, taken to ATM"s, beaten and raped. One in the Westport area (attempted rape), one in the Hyde Park area. The guys have not been caught. Is this what they had in mind? Hopefully they were just trying to rob her. We will never know...... My dear Sarah is a BADASS. She screamed, hollered and kicked!! She fought and cussed VERY LOUD. She must have scared the guys off. One grabbed her brand new Iphone 7 and ran off. Sarah, (the badass) started screaming and chasing them. She wanted her new phone back!!!
Two very sweet young teenage boys saw this happening and chased after the guys and tackled them. The bad guys got up, dropped the phone and took off running. Another kind older gentleman saw this happening and got in his car to chase them. The guys ran into a yard on Ward Parkway and got away. Sarah is extremely shaken, but okay. We will never know what might have happened. It is hard not to let your imagination go crazy....but, as I said earlier....we are focusing on the HELPERS!!! She says over and over, there are so many good people in this world. So many in that parking lot came to her aid. And last night, dear friends were at her side. Again, look to the HELPERS!! God Bless these HELPERS!!!
