TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! OUTRAGE OVER JACKSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR JEAN PETERS BAKER PUSH FOR CAREER CRIMINAL CLEMENCY!!!
While the injustice of the so-called "prison industrial complex" makes for a great Netflix documentary . . . The reality of letting convicted criminals back onto the local streets is a bit more complex.
Accordingly . . .
CHECK THIS BIT OF OUTRAGE AGAINST JACKSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR JEAN PETERS BAKER FOR HER EFFORTS TO REDUCE THE JAIL TIME OF AN ALLEGED CAREER CRIMINAL CONVICT!!!
We omitted the name because the guy is probs gonna get out and I don't want anybody else trying to sneak down into the basement HQ trying to kill me. BUT the precedent set is far more important and doesn't bode well for the future. Take a look:
From the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office: "In 1994, Jackson County prosecutors recommended a prison sentence of 20 years for a man, who had been convicted of 2nd Degree burglary and stealing. A Jackson County judge sentenced to 80 years in prison. Today, the maximum sentence for such conviction would be 7 years in prison. Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker recently sent a written request to Gov. Jay Nixon, agreeing to a reduction in sentence for time served, nearly 22 years in prison . . ."
MSM pretty much repeated the news tidbit without many questions
"So Jean Peters Baker is enabling CRIME & criminals in KC, To push her agenda, and to punish Voters in Kansas City for NOT supporting the "Communist Criminal Coddling Liberals", who want to TAX everybody to death and give all kinds of FREEBIES to foreigners at TAX Payers expense and then lie about it!!!! NOTICE : The FOX 4 Reporter nor the KC Star ever points that out,,, tho the KC Star only would admit to saying other convictions or crimes without purposely giving the exact amount, to keep the readers clueless in the dark and to push their phony agenda and to provide cover for Jean Peters Baker to help push her phony fake agenda as well!!"
But better and more satisfying than ranting . . . This KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTER directs us to the case file and the DENIED appeal which makes things plain:
"The sentences which he received were not disproportionate in light of his fourteen prior felony convictions. Under recidivist statutes like § 558.016 and § 558.019, the duration of sentence is "based not merely on that person's most recent offense but also on the propensities he has demonstrated over a period of time during which he has been convicted and sentenced for other crimes."
And so . . .
SHOULD WE START FORGIVING CONVICTS IN KANSAS CITY OR IS THIS ATTEMPT TO OVERRIDE THE ORDERS OF JUDGES AND JURIES A POLITICAL PLOY BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR???
You decide . . .
