Michelle T. Johnson, a writer, public speaker and diversity consultant/trainer whose column, "Diversity Diva," has appeared in the business section of the Kansas City Star since 2008.

Tyrone Aiken, choreographer, teacher, dancer and arts administrator is the Chief Artistic Officer for KCFAA. Tyrone received the Robert A. and Dr. Phyllis Bernstein Humanitarian Award from the Jewish Family and Children Services, the Bank of America Neighborhood Hero Award and the Pinnacle Award for Arts excellence from the Johnson County Library in addition to traveling to the White House to accept the Coming Up Taller award for AileyCamp. He also served on the board of directors for Parks and Recreation of Kansas City Missouri, the National World War I Museum at Liberty Memorial, the KC Arts Commission and the City of Fountains Foundation and as a panelist for the National Endowment For the Arts, Missouri Arts Council and Kansas Arts Commission.
