This town talks about "world class" ambitions but our hipsters FAILED to join the hipster rail enthusiasts across the globe riding public transit without pants.

In all fairness and because we should be supportive of all publicity stunts that involve butt cheeks . . . Somebody needs to put this on the toy train "to-do" list.
