Kansas City Black Panther Pardon???

This story comes up every now and then . . . But now can be consigned to the dust-bin of history given that few people in town remember the guy AND there are other local Revs asking for forgiveness . . . Also, the urban core has bigger problems than confronting the adventures of a local exile living in Africa - Which is still (somewhat) nicer than prison . . .
