WHAT DID WE LEARN FROM THE KANSAS CITY 2016 BLIZZARD?!?!
In the simplest terms . . .
The streetcar was USELESS, SHUT DOWN AND ABANDONED for most of today proving that it's not a viable or vital form of mass transit for Kansas City.
Kansas City isn't all bad . . . There were a lot of people out there helping their fellow humankind and making sure neither person not animal was subject to bone crushing cold.
With an $800 MILLION SLUSH FUND soon to come into play . . . Voter concern about DETAILED PLANS are important given that local government was caught off guard and unequipped for this Winter blast that we had been warned of for weeks.
