
It has been a HORRIBLE Christmas season for the Kansas City Star as layoffs and downsizing has destroyed their morale and their paper has been thwarted by delivery nightmares.

Turns out very few people got their paper during bad weather . . . Shared and confirmed after TKC TIPSTERS sent our way . . .
"So how many of you didn't get your Sunday paper this morning? I don't know about all of you but I am really getting sick of either not getting a paper or finding it out in the street in...400 LIKES, 98 replies"
Even worse . . . KANSAS CITY STAR FAILS TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBILITY FOR NEWSPAPER SUBSCRIBERS ACCORDING TOT HIS COMMENT . . .
"I've fought with the Star for over four months. I can not walk down my driveway and pick up the paper. I have asked that the paper be put to by my garage door as was done before. The last conversation I had was with the distribution manager, he said the Star had nothing to do with delivery. He owns the company and does not have to do this . . . The conversation got ugly on his side. So I had to end the call. He was verbally abusive and I did not need to hear him go off."
That one and another complaint about accessibility and employee reaction earned more than 500 likes.

WHILE MORE READERS TURN TO THE INTERNETS . . . THE KANSAS CITY STAR CAN'T EVEN RELIABLY BRING THE NEWSPAPER TO THE DOORSTEPS OF SUBSCRIBERS AMID GROWING COMPLAINTS!!!
As usual, it's kind of ironic that locals are taking this conversation online where the only printed news has now become completely irrelevant.
