Once again the Kansas City early morning starts with a report of a tragic killing and gunfire that injured others out enjoying their evening.
KCPD Description:
"Around 2:30a.m. two men in their mid-30s got into an argument inside the Tool Shed bar at 40-Highway and Phelps Road. At one point, one of the men pulled out a revolver and shot and killed the vicrtim he was arguing with.Police say the gunman shot two others. One of those victims is in critical condition. The other is in stable condition."
