Kansas City dead tree media discovers the downward spiral of this seemingly "popular" politico that has been underway since he suffered streetcar expansion defeat and then a not so impressive reelection against some homeless guy. Even worse, as our blog community noted . . . Democratic Defeat under the leadership of Hillary Clinton offers few opportunities to move up the ladder.
