A persistent TKC reader keeps sending us notes about the hot mess that is City Hall loose talk in the hope that somebody cares . . . Sadly, voter turnout and Mayor Sly's triumphant 2nd term victory over some homeless guy with less than 7% voter turnout proves that very few people are watching . . .
Still, this post has been cleaned up so that only the sewing circle of City Hall busybodies might understand but still won't be able to prove much . . .
"Seem to be missing the big story with the Handy and Blues & McDouche love story. Let's see: J. and Handy create havoc for employees. J. sent to city communications. J. gets in trouble for being with Handy instead of her job, gets job with Blues & McDouche to handle OCP project. Now how wonderful is that! Then Handy gets sent to manager's office after blowup with employees and director. Are they really saving a $Billion or just spending it on expense accounts and rendezvous? Dude, do you just rely upon rumors or do you do any work? If you have a friend in WS, and you're not reporting, then major disappointment."
TKC reply . . . Don't try and dare TKC into posting anything . . . The only reason this made the page was because "Blues & McDouche" makes me laugh.
More to the point . . . Consider this an ethnography on the topic of why it takes about 6 months to get anything done by way of the 311 help line.
