Here's a bit more proof that not even cold weather can stop the uptick in the Kansas City murder count.
This evening a double shooting in the 7700 block of E. 52nd St. leaves one dead.
Police continue to investigate the scene this evening in addition to working severe KCMO traffic troubles.
