Body pulled from lake at Shawnee Mission Park
SHAWNEE, Kan. -- A death investigation is underway in Shawnee after crews pulled a body from the lake at Shawnee Mission Park near the marina Saturday. Kayakers in the area called police around 1:30 p.m. after noticing the body. Rescuers pulled the body from the lake just before 5 p.m.
