SHOCK!!! HIGH COURT SEYZ KANSAS CITY POLICE CAN CONTINUE TO KILL DOGGIES WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES IN 2017!!!

Throughout the years we've often heard from Kansas City denizens about the slaughter of the pet pooches by local police throughout he metro.

In Kansas City proper, this doggie drama regularly makes the local news but has never really resolved much after investigations NEVER find any reason to follow-up to complaints.

Fuel to the fire . . .

Fox4: Federal court rules police can shoot a dog if it moves or barks when officers enter a home

The most important passage . . .

"A police officer’s use of deadly force against a dog while executing a search warrant to search a home for illegal drug activity is reasonable under the Fourth Amendment when… the dog poses an imminent threat to the officer’s safety."

This case is extreme but the precedent is important for all pet owners.

Remember that just this year a local lady made international news for because her doggie was gunned down.

The doggie struggle is for real out there . . .

'He just murdered my dog!': Woman's beloved pet shot dead by police who came to her doorstep with no explanation

TKC SOLUTION . . .

KEEP DOGGIES SECURED AND AWAY FROM POLICE BECAUSE THEY WILL BE CAPPED WITHOUT MUCH RECOURSE!!!

I think both police and local denizens would agree that a great deal of distance is deserved betwixt barking doggies and cops doing their jobs. While this kind of reality check doesn't do much for efforts to improve "community outreach" it's simply a FACT that time after time reports of police having to cap doggies are constantly broadcast and the tragic situation is repeated because people simply don't know the case law.

This quick reminder is our far more realistic news contribution that might seem callous but only hopes to save the lives of lovable mutts.

You decide . . .
